North American AT-6 Texan Presentation

On Friday, February 10 at 7 pm and Saturday, February 11 at noon, Speakers Bureau Chairman Mike Lavelle will attempt to “Tame the Texan,” the North American Aviation AT-6 Texan. “AT” for “Advanced Trainer,” the progression to high performance fighters required mastery of this type. Historic Flight’s AT-6 will be displayed with its access panels removed. This is the third and final presentation in the series on significant aircraft manufactured by North American Aviation.
