We are an independent comparison site. We review and rank NFL betting sites, but we do not run any of them. That distinction decides who can answer your question, so it's worth reading the next section first.

Most messages fall into two groups: questions about our content, and questions about an account at a sportsbook. We can only help with the first group.

How to send us a message
Use the contact method shown on this site, such as a form or an email address in the header or footer. We have not listed an address in this copy, so please rely on what the site itself displays. A clear message gets a faster answer. Try to include:
- The page you're writing about, by title or address.
- What you saw, and what you think is wrong or missing.
- Where you found more accurate information, if you have a source.
- The date you visited, since offers and terms change.
Please never send passwords, full card numbers, banking details or ID documents. We will never need them.
Reporting an offer or terms that have changed
Welcome offers, rollover requirements and payment options can change without notice. Our pages show the offers as advertised at the time we last checked, with a fact-check date of Sep 29, 2026 for this update. Advertised terms are not the same as confirmed results, and the sportsbook's own terms always take priority.
If you spot a mismatch, tell us which sportsbook, which offer, and what the sportsbook's terms page now says. We'll review it and update the page where the evidence supports a change. We cannot promise a specific reply time.
Questions about how we rank sportsbooks
We're happy to explain how we review sportsbooks. We look at NFL odds and pricing, depth of markets such as props and futures, promotions and their conditions, banking options, payout reliability, security and support. Commission does not buy a higher position. Some links on this site may earn the publisher a commission, and that relationship does not decide rankings.
Our editorial ratings are our own assessments. They are not customer-review scores. We research and review sportsbooks, and we don't claim to have deposited, wagered or withdrawn ourselves.
Suggesting a sportsbook or a topic
Readers often point us toward topics we haven't covered, such as player props, same-game parlays, live betting or crypto banking. Send us your idea and say what you were trying to find out. We can't promise to review every sportsbook suggested, and we only cover ones we can research properly.

Account problems: where to go instead
If a sportsbook is holding a withdrawal, asking for identity verification, or disputing a bonus, contact that sportsbook's support team directly and keep copies of your messages, screenshots and transaction records. We can't intervene or recover funds.
Be aware that many of the sportsbooks we list operate offshore. They are generally not licensed by individual US states, so state-level consumer protections and dispute processes may not apply. This adds a real risk that a dispute goes unresolved or that you are not paid. Check the legal position where you live, and consult a qualified professional for legal or tax questions. Sports betting rules vary by state.
If gambling is causing you harm
You must be of legal age to bet where you live, which is 21 in most states and 18 in a few. Only wager money you can afford to lose, and never try to win back losses. Most sportsbooks also offer deposit limits, time-outs and self-exclusion in their account settings.
